This store is temporarily closed because Jeremy Baker placed an order on Saturday September 28th, 2024 and then informed his bank that the charge was fraudulent. We always give customers back 100% of their money (and we just eat the loss on the payment processing fee) when customers cancel before we ship their items. We have not heard from Jeremy Baker and he never asked us to cancel his order. When customers claim to their bank that a charge was fraudulent the business also has to pay a chargeback fee to the bank. Running a start-up business is hard enough and it is even harder when customers like Jeremy Baker make us pay money to a bank for something we had no control of. This site will remain closed until that chargeback fee is returned to us.
