This store is closed because Shakinah Jackson filed a fraudulent claim against us. She put in the wrong address and her package was "returned to sender" which she would have been able to see the tracking information, but she subsequently filed the fraudulent claim. I personally delivered her garment to staff duty when it came back us and have reached out to her but haven't heard anything back. A fraudulent claim is completely different than canceling an order. The bank also imposes a fine on the small business. This was in no way a fraudulent charge, she obviously made the purchase online.
