This store is closed. We absolutely appreciate the opportunity to support military units with custom apparel and stand by our word on providing a quality print on a quality garment at a fair price in a timely manner. But I do not need to be patronized by Ashley Yamio or anyone else. I genuinely tried to give full, well-articulated answers. Below is the full transcript, read from bottom to top. I don’t know what is going on here. We absolutely appreciate the business to decorate apparel for all of our military customers and I’ll always honor our word if we screwed up something, but that’s not the case here. You ordered a Medium hoodie and now prefer a Small hoodie. I issued a full refund on your first cancelled order and just ate the credit card processing fees, which ironically, your first order was for a Small hoodie. I think I am acting in good faith here, but I don’t think you see it the same way.

As a policy, I do not offer exchanges as everything is made to order and I ensure a product size table is available on every product listing. I would never be able to resell the order. However, in your case, we printed your first order of a small poly/cotton hoodie and still have it bagged. If you want to exchange the medium fleece hoodie for the small poly/cotton hoodie then I would be more than happy to accommodate.
