If you've never ordered custom military apparel before, you're in the right place. Here's everything you need to know — from personalization to your doorstep.

Step 1: Personalize Your Gear

Every piece of Warrior Society apparel is built around you and your unit. When you add an item to your cart, you'll be prompted to enter your personalization details — which may include:

• Your name or rank
• Your unit, MOS, or role
• Sleeve print options (left, right, or both)
• Any other unit-specific customizations shown on the product page

These inputs go directly to our production team, so double-check your spelling before you submit — your name will be printed exactly as entered.

Step 2: We Make It — Just for You

Unlike mass-produced gear, your order goes into production after you place it. That means nothing sits in a warehouse collecting dust — it's made fresh, with your details, on demand.

Typical production time: 8–10 business days depending on volume and complexity. We'll always communicate if there's a delay.

Once your order is in production, we can't modify the personalization details, so please review carefully at checkout.

Step 3: Quality You Can Trust

We use high-performance fabrics built for the demands of active duty and everyday wear. Our prints are applied using industry-leading methods that won't crack, fade, or peel after the first wash.

Care instructions:

• Machine wash cold, inside out
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly over printed areas
• Do not bleach

Step 4: Shipped to You

Once production is complete, your order ships with tracking via USPS or UPS. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number the moment it leaves our facility.

Estimated delivery after production: 2–5 business days for standard shipping within the continental U.S.

Sizing

We want your gear to fit right the first time. Each product page includes a size chart — please refer to it before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or true-to-size for a performance fit.

Returns & Exchanges on Custom Items

Because every item is made-to-order and personalized, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or personalization errors made at the time of ordering.

However, if your item arrives with a production defect or printing error on our end, we'll make it right — no questions asked. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.

Non-personalized items may be eligible for exchange within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition.
